David Rothenberg is the host of a weekly radio program on WBAI-FM (99.5) in NYC. His book reviews and essays have appeared in numerous publications including the New York Times, Village Voice and Newsday. In June of 2000, Rothenberg retired from a long and successful career as a theatrical publicist, having represented over 100 Broadway and off Broadway plays, including "Waiting In The Wings" with Lauren Bacall and Rosemary Harris...and the long running off Broadway hit "Tony N' Tina's Wedding". He is also the founder of the Fortune Society, and served as their Executive Director for 17 years. Mr. Rothenberg is a former member of the NYC Human Rights Commission.
